About the Role:

As a Junior Solution Architect, you’ll become part of Red Hat’s customer account team, working closely with customers to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Red Hat’s products and solutions can solve real-world business and technical problems. Requirements:

• Passion and curiosity for open source technology and a desire to build a career in the tech industry.
• Strong technical skills in computer science, IT, AI, or related fields, acquired through university studies, bootcamps, certifications, military experience, etc.
• Experience applying technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills in enterprise IT projects.
• Knowledge or experience with Red Hat technologies (RHEL, OpenShift, Ansible) preferred.
• Self-motivated to engage in continuous learning of new technologies.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required and work in a hybrid environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
